Whatever your baby care concerns or questions, or if you’re simply looking for support, book an in-home consultation with me. You will receive practical help and valuable guidance to address your issues and set you on the right path to nurture and care for your baby.

I have two options available:

Option 1

  • 2 hour in-home
  • plus 1 month DOT

If you prefer the hands-on approach and have someone in home face-to-face, this is the ideal package for you. Dorothy finds that it is the perfect in-home for newborns in particular. Dorothy will give you hands-on support and guidance to address your issues and help you with your parenting journey which then will continue long distance support for one month with the DOT package.

Option 2

  • 4 hour in-home
  • 10 days long distance support

This is the ideal package if you are struggling and need in-home support for 4 hours. Dorothy will give you hands-on support and guidance to address your issues and help you along your parenting journey. You will also have 10 days long distance support so that any questions you have can be answered.

What to Expect

In-home consultations are an excellent option if you are wanting more guidance with say, setting up a nursery, or looking at your routine including feeding, sleeping and food. These consults will give you hands-on guidance and I’ll be right there with you to answer any questions and to demonstrate for you and also guide you. Both packages have additional support to follow-up with how you’re getting on, asking further questions and so forth.

If you’re wanting a longer in-home consultation, I also offer 8 hour, 12 hour and 24 hour packages.

How to Contact Dorothy

The best way to contact me is by text or email. If you prefer to speak with me, it is preferable to text or email in advance so we can formally arrange a time to speak, as I am most likely busy with other clients and am often unable to take calls.

You can contact me between 8am and 7pm Monday to Saturday inclusive. I will respond to you within a maximum of 24 hours however I will endeavour to contact you sooner if possible.

Travel Costs:

I am based in Papamoa but I travel to where I am needed. I have a client base in Auckland so come up on a regular basis. I can travel to the South Island however flights and accommodation (if applicable) may apply. Price on application.

Cancellation & Refunds:

Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice may result in the loss of your deposit, at Dorothy’s discretion.

Refunds will be at the discretion of Dorothy however a $15.00 payment will be deducted with all refunds.

International Clients:

Many of my consultations are available for overseas clients and Dorothy does travel internationally. Please email to discuss dorothy@babyhelp.co.nz

Terms & Conditions:

  • Prices quoted are in NZ dollars and include GST.
  • No additional charge for multiple children.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
  • Credit card payments (via PayPal) will incur an additional $15 charge which covers bank fees.
  • AfterPay available and subject to their T&Cs.
