Your order made via this site or by directly contacting us is an offer to purchase one or more products. When we receive a valid order from you, we will accept this offer by confirming via email that we have received and are processing the order.
Products from Sleepy Sunday and QLife will be shipped to you directly by these companies. Please refer to their shipping policies directly.
NEW ZEALAND
We will deliver the products set out in your order (“products”) almost anywhere in New Zealand. Delivery in New Zealand is made by courier.
We will endeavour to deliver all products within New Zealand within 2-4 working days of us confirming receipt of the order and payment being received, although this timeframe is an estimate only. If we are not able to supply the products or there is likely to be a significant delay in making delivery (e.g. because the product is out of stock or the delivery is to a rural/remote location), we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible after we become aware of this, in which case you may cancel the order (or amend any part of it) and you will receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of those products which will not be delivered (if any). We will not otherwise be liable to you for any damages, costs or expenses of any kind, suffered or incurred by you due to the order not being fulfilled or the products not being delivered within the anticipated delivery time.
The anticipated delivery charges will be part of your order process and cost.
All deliveries in NZ are made by courier. The delivery company used is dependent on your delivery location and the size of the items ordered. For this reason, we do not deliver to PO Boxes or unmanned address.
It is your responsibility to ensure that there will be someone available to accept delivery of the product on the day.
INTERNATIONAL

We will endeavour to deliver all products within 7-14 working days of us confirming receipt of the order and payment being received, although this timeframe is an estimate only. If we are not able to supply the products or there is likely to be a significant delay in making delivery (e.g. because the product is out of stock or the delivery is to a rural/remote location), we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible after we become aware of this, in which case you may cancel the order (or amend any part of it) and you will receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of those products which will not be delivered (if any). We will not otherwise be liable to you for any damages, costs or expenses of any kind, suffered or incurred by you due to the order not being fulfilled or the products not being delivered within the anticipated delivery time.

Description of Products
Wherever possible we try to describe the products to the best of our ability, however we cannot be held responsible for any other interpretation of the product. If you feel the product does not comply with its product description you may return the product and accept a refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Risk
The risk of any loss of, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you have ordered, you can return an item to us within 14 days of placement of order, unused, with the goods undamaged and in their original packaging.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges for any reason.
We will be happy to offer a store credit for the purchase price or exchange the goods for another item. The goods MUST be received by Dorothy Waide before the 14 day period expires to receive a store credit.
Shipping costs will not be refunded in this instance.
In the event of an exchange, items are subject to product availability and returns policy.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 working days of us receiving the return.
We do not refund your freight costs. If your order qualified for free freight we will deduct the freight amount you would have paid from your refund amount.
We cannot accept any goods that have been used, have their label or original packaging removed, altered or damaged and we can only accept items returned if they are within their original product packaging and are in a resaleable condition as determined by Dorothy Waide.
We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received by us. Understandably, without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund.
Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received in accordance with the returns policy. Please be aware that you will incur an additional freight charge for the delivery of the replacement item (unless the item was faulty, damaged, or sent to you in error).
We strongly recommend when returning items to use a tracked post or courier. Dorothy Waide will not be held responsible for returned items not received.
After 14 days, the item is yours to keep and enjoy.
