Three calls phone/video support

Like to have the on-going support as you naviagate your parenting journey and overwhelmed with sleep deprivation and need support with your baby’s sleep, feeding and food. This is for parents who just need the extra long distance support while they are navigating their parenting journey.

Call durations:

  • 60-90 minutes (1st call)
  • 30-60 minutes (2nd call)
  • 15-30 minutes (3rd call)

These calls are normally 10 days apart with one email between the calls and if needed you can bring these calls closer together if you are are requiring more support. The second call will discuss how the plan is working and what the next steps are. It is very common at this stage for parents to feel as though they havent made the steps in the right direction, so this is a chance to go over what is happening and amend accordingly to get things back on track.

The third call will be focused on finalising the routine that parents can work towards over a longer period.

What to Expect

The initial video consultation with Dorothy will take anywhere between 60 minutes to a maximum of 90 minutes, dependent on each child’s needs and/or age of baby.

The second video consultation will take place up to 10 days after the initial appointment. It will last anywhere between 30 minutes and up to an hour and will discuss how the plan is working and what the next steps are.

Finally, the third video consultation can take place up to 10 days after the second consultation and last between 15 minutes to 30 minutes maximum. It will focus on finalising the routine that parents can work towards over the longer term.

It is very common for parents to feel as though they haven’t made the steps in the right direction, so these follow-up call(s) are a chance to go over what is happening and amend accordingly to get things back on track.

During each consultation, clients will have the opportunity to make notes, ask questions and create a plan with Dorothy. Additional questions after the appointment can be emailed through to Dorothy who will respond with possible suggestions and feedback.

If you are struggling in between the first and third appointments, Dorothy may offer further support via email and phone at her discretion.

If needed, tutorials, videos and charts will also be provided to help your parenting journey.

How to Contact Dorothy

The best way to contact me is by text or email. If you prefer to speak with me, it is preferable to text or email in advance so we can formally arrange a time to speak, as I am most likely busy with other clients and am often unable to take calls.

You can contact me between 8am and 7pm Monday to Saturday inclusive. I will respond to you within a maximum of 24 hours however I will endeavour to contact you sooner if possible.

Travel Costs:

If applicable: No charge for travel within a 20km radius of Papamoa. Car travel outside of this area is charged at $0.85 per km starting and returning home base in Papamoa (minus 20km). Flights and accommodation (if applicable) will also apply.

Cancellation & Refunds:

Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice may result in the loss of your deposit, at Dorothy’s discretion.

Refunds will be at the discretion of Dorothy however a $15.00 payment will be deducted with all refunds.

International Clients:

  • Prices quoted are in NZ dollars and include GST.
  • No additional charge for multiple children.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
  • Credit card payments (via PayPal) will incur an additional $15 charge which covers bank fees.
