What’s included?

• 3 x video phone consultations with Dorothy, via any of the channels mentioned above (if video is not available, a phone consultation can be offered as an alternative)
• Further email support between video/phone consultations initiated by the client
• A follow-up video/phone appointment may also be booked as and when required, at Dorothy’s own discretion
• If needed, tutorials, videos and charts will also be provided to help your parenting journey

During each consultation, clients will also have time opportunity to write-up notes, ask questions and create a plan with Dorothy etc.

Additional questions after the appointment can also be emailed through to Dorothy, who will respond with possible suggestions and feedback.

PACKAGE INCLUDES

• Dorothy On Tap (D.O.T) is like having professional help “on tap” over a month period. This is ideal for parents who need support as they go.
• D.O.T allows you to email or text Dorothy for ongoing advice, support and assistance.
• You will receive a personalised response, normally within 24 hours or less.

WHAT TO EXPECT

This package consists of the following:

• 4 calls (30min-60min each) per month, ideally 10 days apart
• One email/text per week if required

Note: if you’d prefer to use D.O.T as a more casual support package and only expect to use one call per month then it will be extended out for a 4 month period maximum at Dorothy’s discretion.

The best way to contact Dorothy to book a call is via text or email. In her experience, calls are best approximately 10 days apart to allow time for changes in routine to take effect or depending on the individual situation at the discretion of Dorothy.

On the D.O.T package, you can contact Dorothy via text or email between 8am and 7pm Monday to Saturday inclusive. Dorothy will respond within a maximum of 24 hours but will endeavour to get back to you within the hour of receiving your message.

Please note – This is a monthly subscription service. In order to have access to the Dorothy On Tap service, the monthly fee must be paid in advance (by the 20th of the month prior) for the following month.
